Who will win Indra or Ashura?

Eventually, Asura was chosen as Hagoromo's successor and this infuriated Indra. The two fought a battle where Asura appeared to have the upper hand on Indra. Kishimoto does seem to imply that Asura is stronger.

Using his new power, Asura was able to defeat Indra, who fled in anger while vowing to destroy Ninshū and his younger brother as well.

Indra would win. Hashirama is stronger than EMS Madara but he is still a weaker version of Ashura Ōtsutsuki. Indra, on the other hand, is a demi-Rikudō.

Vritra won the battle and swallowed Indra, but the other deities forced him to vomit Indra out.

Immortality: As a demigod and like all other demigods, Asura possessed immortality and was unable to age. He is 28 in body and mind, but would not age and his lifespan was eternal thanks to Mantra and his demigod physiology.
