Did Konoha 11 become Jonin?
Of all the Konoha 11, Neji Hyuga was the first one to be promoted to jonin level.

Initially starting as one of the weakest, the effort that Naruto has put into training throughout the series is mind-boggling.
Undoubtedly, the strongest Jonin in the story was Might Guy. Just like Lee, Guy was a specialist at taijutsu and he demonstrated this on several occasions throughout Naruto. By merely tapping into the 7th Gate, he could defeat a shinobi as strong as Kisame in a single blow.

8/8 Neji Hyuga Was The First To Become A Jonin.
Via various exams and tests, they can be promoted to higher ranks, first to Chunin then after that to Jonin and after that to Arunin. Sometimes, when a shinobi is specialized in a very specific skill, they can assume the rank of Special Jonin, which is ranked between chūnin and jōnin.
Without a doubt, the most intelligent character in Konoha 11 was Shikamaru. A member of Asuma's Team 10, Shikamaru was known to have an I.Q of over 200 back when he was a teen. His incredible mind was the only person to be made a Chunin even though he lost to Temari in the exams.
Tenten will undoubtedly be regarded as one of Naruto's most useless characters. Tenten continues to dabble with scrolls, even as other characters master new skills throughout the story. With screentime as little as what was appointed to her, nothing impossible could have seriously been achieved anyway.
Although Ino did show that she could hold her own as a shinobi, she never grew her physical prowess like her counterparts. For this reason, Ino can be considered a weaker ninja by the shows end than when she was first introduced, again relative to her fellow classmates.

Who is the most skilled Anbu?
1) Itachi Uchiha
Itachi was a born prodigy of the Uchiha clan in Naruto. After completing his Chunin Exams, he joined Anbu at the age of 11 and subsequently became the squad captain a year later.
Undoubtedly the strongest member of the Konoha ANBU, Itachi Uchiha was a prodigy who proved himself wherever he went. The ANBU was no different, where he rose to the rank of a Squad Captain at the shocking age of 13!
Hinata Hyuga was a Chunin during the second part of Naruto and by the time of the Fourth Great Ninja War, she was just as capable as some of the strongest Jonin in the story. Unfortunately, after the war, Hinata stopped engaging in shinobi missions as she got married to Naruto Uzumaki.
Of course there were a few Genin that would slap their Jonin. Gaara was actually stated to be stronger than the Jonin in his village.
Surprisingly, Iruka never reached jonin even though he'd been teaching genin for several years. His best skills are focused entirely on genjutsu, with him possessing the ability to use Fire, Water, and Yin release chakra.
Three Konoha jōnin: Asuma, Kurenai, and Kakashi. Jōnin (上忍, Jōnin, literally meaning: High Ninja, meaning (Viz): Elite Ninja) are generally highly experienced and highly skilled shinobi who serve as military captains. Jōnin are generally able to use at least two types of elemental chakra.
The Konoha 11 refers to the shinobi who make up Team 7, Team 8, Team 10 and Team Guy. Throughout the original Naruto series, the Konoha 11 were all very skilled shinobi who were chosen to take up specific missions, led by Shikamaru.
Team 7's Sasuke Uchiha is not included in the group as he had defected from the village prior to its formation. Though the members appear in both the manga and anime and often work collectively in both medias, the term "Konoha 11" is only ever used in the anime.
