Are they still valid? A. Walt Disney World Resort continues to honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days. However, be aware that unless you purchased the No Expiration Option, theme park tickets purchased after 2004 expire 14 days after their first use.
A. Tickets and packages at Walt Disney World Resort are nontransferable and nonrefundable. You cannot cancel or get a refund for a ticket or package, but in some cases you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation.
No. Once a person uses a Disney Theme Park Ticket, all subsequent admissions are specific to that person and cannot be transferred to anyone else. If you have not yet used a ticket, you may transfer it to another person. You may also buy a new theme park ticket online or at the theme park Main Entrance.
Disney's current theme-park tickets are similar to the previous “Magic Your Way” tickets, but with some subtly different policies. We cover both the old and new policies below. Important: even if a ticket has expired, if it has never been used, you can still apply its value towards a new ticket.
Here are the details: 1-day – The ticket expires on the selected start date. 2-day – The ticket expires 4 days after the selected start date. 3-day – The ticket expires 5 days after the selected start date. 4-day – The ticket expires 7 days after the selected start date.

After logging into your My Disney Experience Account, select the tickets that you would like to edit and choose the “Change” option. You are then able to modify your ticket start dates. You've brought us a great question! I'm here to let you know that there is no limit to the number of times you can cancel a theme park ticket reservation. As a courtesy, it is recommended that you cancel a reservation if you are not going to be able to visit on that reserved day.
How do I know if my Disney ticket is expired?
Once the App is downloaded and set up, open your App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your ticket there with the expiration date.
Guests with theme park reservations may cancel them at any time up until 11:59 PM Pacific Time the day before the reservation. This is the same whether a park reservation is associated with a theme park ticket or a Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass.

You can purchase a ticket as a gift for someone else. You can make a purchase through the Disneyland website or on the Disneyland app. Then you will be sent a confirmation email. This email is what you will need to save and share with the recipient.
I'm happy to let you know that you do not need to worry about the name on your ticket matching your ID, unless that ticket is a special ticket, like the Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket. Those tickets must be scanned for the first time with a valid ID.
If you purchase a ticket and are unable to make it, you will not lose your ticket. Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are, however, non-refundable, so you'll need to find a new time to visit!
Here are the details: 1-day – The ticket expires on the selected start date. 2-day – The ticket expires 4 days after the selected start date. 3-day – The ticket expires 5 days after the selected start date. 4-day – The ticket expires 7 days after the selected start date.

You won't be penalized for not canceling theme park reservations at Walt Disney World, but it's the polite thing to do. Cancelling your park reservation will make space available for other guests who may desperate to find a time to visit.
But reservations canceled inside the 30-day window are assessed a $200 cancellation fee - which basically means that you will be refunded any monies paid but won't receive your deposit back. Finally, if you cancel the day before your arrival, the full price of your package is non-refundable!
How much is the cancellation fee for Disney?
